| Free Sell-Help Evaluation (Step 1) |
Before we do anything: Though we are mostly talking an investment of not more than a few hundred dollars, we encourage you to send us some information to make sure that your using our services would really be profitable for you.(Click here to fill out the form and submit a couple of pictures.) If so, we come out to your property and do an Evaluation, which differs for each property; If you (or your realtor) want a redesign ("Design to Sell") we'll only do a Design Evaluation; if you don't know why it isn't selling we do a thorough Evaluation of why it isn't selling so that it will - quickly and for its true value. During the initial appointment the Marketing and Design Expert may talk to you (and/or your agent) about the home including marketing tactics, financials, etc. including projected selling price (which we can often increase AND get it SOLD after we Sell-Help it). We do a walk-through, take notes and photos, of which you receive a "Before and After" set. If you choose to have us do the Sell-Help: this fee will be subtracted from the final fee. |

Sell-Help (Step 2)
We implement the proposed changes, which can range from changing the marketing tactic to enhancing the curb appeal and anything in between. After the Evaluation you will receive a Sell-Help Proposal, so there are no surprises in what we are doing or the fee. Each property's needs are different, but Sell-Help can include any or all of the following:
Marketing / Sales. We can work with you and/or your realtor it changes here are warranted.
"Design to Sell"; interior and exterior changes, including staging (providing furniture and decor), redesign, painting, etc. We do minimal changes to create maximum results.
Open House; either advising and marketing materials, and/or hosting the event. We give you advice and proven techniques and designs for the occasion. |

or Online Sell-Help
We are now available to offer our Sell-Help services online. This does not merely include the design of one room, but a full Evaluation of the entire property, including marketing evaluations, and subsequent advice of changes. To ensure that you will benefit from our services, you first submit a few preliminary photographs of your space, and we evaluate them for FREE in order to determine whether you would benefit from an full Online Sell-Help Evaluation. If you do, you will receive:
A Questionnaire about
your property.
Instructions on how to take and submit photographs of your spaces.
Two hours of phone time with a Marketing and Design Expert.
One-on-one support so you get desired results. |

or A Design Day ..
This is the best option if you are in a hurry. We "Design to Sell" your property for one whole day. We do a walk-through, come up with a design plan to best suit the property, then design/redesign/organize your property. You can either be there to help us organize or go to work and come home to a sell-able home. In addition; if you need to make additional changes we can give you advice on how to do them, as well as how to prepare for house viewings. |
