Why are we asking about the value and price?

In order for us to be able to help you, your property must be priced according to the other properties in the area.

Unlike other designers, stagers, and agents, we do not base our fees on the price of the property, but instead on the work performed.

If the property is underpriced we can most likely help you raise the price and make a larger profit. If it is overpriced, it will most likely not get sold, regardless of our efforts, and we will simply not sell-help a property we don't think will sell quickly after our efforts. That wouldn't benefit you, since you would spend money which would not give you a big return, and it wouldn't benefit us, because our goal is to sell your property to make sure that you are happy, that we keep our reputation and, of course, get paid.

How do we know if it is over- or under priced?
In order to help you with that, we will often research the tax value, the market value, and the comps-which a realtor can give you.
